
Financing Docs-- look for the view "down the road.."
Am a start-up (see "My Story" section for the background) wondering if there are any key terms/specifications I should ensure are included in my financing documents that will be helpful (possibly fortune-saving) when I ("down the road") try to sell.
I guess this is a sort of "I wish I had done X" question.. To those of you who have sold/are are in the process of selling a business: What parts of your original docs are tripping you up/have been problematic at the Exit stage?
