Recognizing that this site is all about the "Exit" phase, is there room for a topic called "Start-Up Counsel" or (something like that), where the more seasoned members can post their "if I had it to do all over again, I'd have done X" ?

"Tell Your Story" forum sort of gets at this, but so far there's only one post to it. (although, admittedly, I did add a new "term"-- the 'Unroll Clause'--to my growing checklist of things to look at here at the Start-up phase (which is where I am..)
