		<description>Good advice, before the transaction is completed the buyer will do his “due diligence” with the assistance of his advisors, including attorneys and CPA.  If they start finding discrepancies they will only dig deeper, suspecting more hidden items.  Especially if it appears the business owner was trying to conceal the truth.
